Homemade Mushroom Salad
There are several mushroom salads in the Mushroom Lovers’ Cookbook but none are like my recipe. Cannot give away my secrets!
Ingredients are sliced white mushrooms, organic celery, carrots & garlic, black & green olives, onions, seasonings, olive oil & vinegar.
Although I do not have it labeled the PH has been tested and is 4.2 – needs to be below 4.5. We sell this out of our cooler although it does not have to be refrigerated. I suggest refrigeration after opening. I make this salad in my certified PA Department of Ag kitchen.
