Description

Crimini/Baby Bella mushrooms are brown-capped version of the white button mushrooms with a richer earthier flavor and firmer, meatier texture. They have a light to dark brown, smooth cap with short stems, and are incredibly versatile for cooking, holding up well in sautes, roasts and blended dishes.
They are an intermediate stage before becoming full portobellos.
