The centennial Cook Book or St. Pat’s Cook Book as it is known here has been around since 1969. Several “mushroom” recipes (36 to be exact) are included.
It is offered here because several months ago I had to make some pickled mushrooms for my son. Internet had too many recipes with too many ingredients. One phone call later…………….”check the St. Pat’s Cook Book” – there it was plain and simple.
