The American Mushroom Institute has updated and expanded the Mushroom Lovers‘ Cookbook. First compiled in 1982, this cookbook contains recipes ranging from soups and salads to casseroles, desserts and main course dishes. It also contains a new section dedicated solely to specialty mushrooms. Included are helpful hints for cooking with mushrooms, nutritional facts and a history of the mushroom industry.
The cookbook is a collection of original recipes from people involved in the mushroom business as well as recipes from international restaurants and chefs. Throughout the book are hand-drawn sketches and illustrations that create a fun, family cookbook.
